We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:

  • Order Cancellation: Once an order is packed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • Refunds: We do not provide refunds for any confirmed orders, as all products are custom-made on demand.

  • Returns:

    • We follow a strict no-return policy, unless the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • In case of any issue, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Our executive will personally review the issue through a call and inspection process.

    • A return or replacement will only be approved if verified by our team.

  • Exchange Policy: Currently, we do not offer exchanges (for size, color, or change of mind). Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
